Minor children of the marriage include:
  1. living minor children under the age of 18 who have both you and your spouse/partner as natural biological parents,
  2. living minor children under the age of 18 who have been adopted by BOTH of you, or
  3. living minor children under the age of 18 who have been step-parent adopted by one of you and also have the other parent as a natural or biological parent.
Don’t include 18-year olds in the minor child total.
Don’t include any current pregnancy in the minor child total. Include any current pregnancy in the question below.
